Widely regarded as the premier international survivor services conference, NOVA brings together 2,000+ victim assistance professionals each year to attend in-person during the summer and virtually during the fall.

The National Organization for Victim Advocacy (NOVA) is a recognized leader in the victims' rights movement. Since 1975, NOVA has advocated for the advancement and enforcement of victims' rights, championed dignity and compassion for victims and survivors of crime and crisis, and promoted the professionalization of victim advocacy.

For more than 50 years, NOVA has hosted a professional training event across the U.S., bringing together tens of thousands of advocates and victim service professionals.

Join thousands of victims of crime, victim advocates, student advocates, first responders, sexual assault and domestic violence advocates, prosecutors, judges, social workers, and other allied professionals in both military and civilian agencies worldwide for an inspiring event.
